London Rental Standard

The London Rental Standard (LRS) is a voluntary set of minimum standards that the Mayor expects fromlandlords, managing agents and letting agents that operate in London’s private rented sector. The aimof the London Rental Standard is to raise professional standards in the capital’s private rented sectorby providing a consistent standard of accreditation to consumers and a vehicle for increasing thenumber of accredited landlords and agents

How do I sign up for the LRS?

To gain the LRS badge a firm must:

Be part of an approved accreditation provider such as NALS
Commit to meeting the LRS standards and have as a minimum one person in each office of the firm who has met the LRS training requirements.
